The Cayman Islands keep 12 public holidays a year and most of the island shuts for them: government offices, banks, law firms and many shops close, and supermarkets run Sunday-style hours. The 18 dive shops below keep seven-day hours, which is the best available signal that they trade through a holiday. Each card shows its Sunday hours as a guide. Hours on holidays are not posted anywhere central, so ring ahead; owners can set holiday hours on their listing.
