About
The Wharf is built on stilts over the water in George Town, with glass floor panels that let diners look down into the sea while they eat. Its nightly tarpon feeding, announced by a bell at 7pm and 9pm, draws tarpon that can top six feet and 350 pounds — some have been coming back for decades. The restaurant also carries one of the larger wine cellars in the Caribbean, with more than 500 labels, and has been a fixture on the water for over 30 years.
