Ristorante Pappagallo sits on a 14-acre bird sanctuary in West Bay, overlooking a natural saltwater lagoon home to herons, egrets, and other local birds. The dining room is built beneath a 30-foot Cayman-style silver thatch roof, and the Pappagallo Room houses live parrots among its décor. It has served Northern Italian food with Caribbean influences since 1985.
