About
Cracked Conch has held one of the best waterfront positions in West Bay since Bob and Suzy Soto opened it in 1981. Chef Gilbert Cavallaro, a Cayman Islands Chef of the Year, oversees a Caribbean-leaning seafood menu served across multi-level terraces and an air-conditioned dining room. Macabuca, the casual tiki bar on the level below, operates under the same roof.
